Now you can print these test files and try your screws (threads + loose insert) and write down the sizes that fits the best for your printer/nozzle/filament/settings to use the values as input for your next designs and safe time on too little holes and rework time or reprint with different sizes.
The Hole-Test contains horizontal holes (from the flat print-surface) and vertical holes on the side wall.
Each Hole-Test got patterns for thread-in sizes (3x horizontal + 3x vertical) and the rest as loose fit test.
Hint: Try to match the horizontal and vertical sizes to one number that fits for you and write them down where you can see it next time you design something.
