Description
Keep it clean folks! The Print Head Fan collects dust and that dust reduces the effectiveness of the fan and can end up in a print. It's simple to keep it clean with this effective adapter for using compressed air.
Features:
- Fits accurately in the Print Head cover
- Positions the compressed air tube at the correct angle and position for optimum results
- Removes dust in the fan and the ducts
- Makes a satisfying “whizzing” sound as it cleans each fan blade
Instructions:
- Please a clean towel on the print plate to catch any dust and debris
- Insert the Compressed Air Tube on the flat side of the “Clean It”
- Make sure the tube does not extend past the end of the back side of the “Clean It”
- Place the “Clean It” on the Print Head cover. It will auto-center and be flat on the cover and hold it in place with your thumb.
- Press the compressed air slowly until you begin to hear a “whizzing” sound.
- Repeat a few times
- That's it!

as amazing the wizzing Sound may be keep in mind the generated electricity can damage your Printer electronic.

Me and millions of others have been using compressed air to clean these types of fans for computers and electronic devices for decades without issue. Especially, in this case, this fan is so small it's not able to generate enough electricity to be an issue. In fact, I have used my "Clean It" at least a hundred times and again, without issue.

Anecdotes are not data, I can speak to a case where I did kill a board from this backfeed of voltage. Ever since I’ve either disconnected the fan or held it still with a screwdriver.
All that said, nice design but I would recommend unplugging the fan before doing this.

Just kind of lays in there doesn’t snap in after printing. I don’t feel like this is very useful at all. Prints good looks good though.

It's not designed to snap in place, but rather correctly locate the tube at the perfect angle to clean the fan and output ducts.
