Here are all the pieces you could need to repair your water spigot insulation cone. I've spent entirely too much time modeling and prototype printing than I care to admit. Hopefully this helps enough of you out so that I will have been worth it. My intentions going in were to make this 100% 3d printed, easy to print, and fully functional compared to the original parts.

The wall interface gasket needs to be printed with one wall (I used .6mm), no infill, 1 bottom layer and 3 top layers. The thicker top layers will be used to glue the gasket to the cone. These settings may not translate if you're using a particularly flexible TPU.

For the cord, I use one wall (.6mm), no infill, and 2 bottom/top layers.

Everything else is dealers choice. Most of the parts print solid with only a couple walls selected.

I recommend PETG for rigid parts and TPU for the soft ones.

For Clip_Internal_V4 Bottom, there are 3 sizes (wall thicknesses) provided to accommodate different flexibilities of TPU.

The clip requires the most basic amount of assembly. Print at least one internal bottom, one internal top, and one external piece. Slide the bottom in, then slide the top in with the thicker end on top.
