Description
I made a holder for the Apple TV Remote that can be fitted with magnets. Neodymium magnets are recommended. I use a metal strip that I stuck under the coffee table top to attach the holder and remote.
There are two models, one with the indentation for the magnets on the inside, one on the outside
The openings are designed for magnets with the following dimensions:
10mm diameter
3mm hight
Printed with PLA-CF
No Support
No Brim
0.16 layer hight
0.4 mm nozzle
3 Wall Loops
25% infill

Perfect! Use it with my apple tv in the garage gym. And with the magnets it sticks to the rack.

a bit tight? but hopefully it gets looser better with time. I scaled up 8% but it's still tight. may need to scale up again one more time. I'm trying to insert remote from 4k Apple TV 3rd gen

Thank you for your feedback and rating.
The remote should be easy to insert into the holder. However, the last one or two centimeters are a little tighter so that the remote doesn't slip out.
The Gen 2 + 3 remote controls are identical in size.
What type of filament do you use? Is it calibrated?

I used the outie version and glued 9x3mm magnets in it.. this was for a 2nd Generation Apple TV 4K remote. The remote slipped right in. I used PLA.
