No issues with printing, but there is zero room to attach the two pieces. I broke the hinge on one side. The clasp that holds it closed also broke off once I closed it. The tool is also fit very loosely. I may take some time to loosen the tolerances on the hinge and clasp, and make a small tpu shim to hold the tool in place better.

I think 3 stars is an inappropriate rating, and now I'll explain why; the hinge is delicate, and it is a question of design, not of printing profile; The assembly must be done by joining the two halves on the closure side, and pressing the two half hinges together, so that one part slides into the other. In this way the closure remains safe, and the hinges fit together easily. I hope you can review your rating, thanks

overall the design is incredible. well done and put together. my only issue is the clasp is really tight. because it’s so tight it ended up breaking after 1 day of use. if I could change the design I would have the clasp be on a hinge, and then you could swing it around to latch.

Box is brilliant. listen to the other comments regarding how tight everything is and just do a little sanding of the relevant areas. Mine is now perfect amd couldn't be happier, thank you. Please ignore the colour change layer issue that was an issue with a loose belt that is now rectified.

reduced to 9 swaps but came out great

Printed great with second profile. Thank you for your design. Was very tight to assemble hinge side. Clasp is tight but a little bit of sanding corrected it.
