I ordered 100 plastic razor scraper blades, and they came in a flimsy cardboard box, so I designed something less flimsy. The box holds just over 100 blades. The plastic razor blades I am referencing are 38.2mm x 17.8mm.

You can use the box for other stuff too, the inner dimensions of the box are 143.6mm x 39mm.

I've included 2 versions of this model in the print profiles, one with the flannel pattern on the lid, and a plain one without any pattern.

The tolerance between the lid and the base is .25mm. If your printer/filament is not calibrated to print that tolerance, you will have to scale the lid up. I printed mine on a P1S with bambu basic pla, and the lid is just a tiny bit loose.

Instructions if you print the pattern version and slice on your own:

The lid is 2 objects, one is the black part of the pattern, and the other object is the rest of the lid. If you take the .stl files and slice on your own, make sure you check the box for 'detect thin walls' in the strength process settings. I also suggest printing the black object of the pattern on the first layer first. To do that, press the gear looking button next to the build plate when in the prepare tab. You can change the print order of the 1st layer there.
