Description

ALL FOR MY BIRD BUDDY!!

To support my BB I used a 20mm diameter curtain pole.
I therefore made an adapter to the BB support for the original pole.
I then designed a cover cap to mask the base with M4 screw, where the post will fit.

I revisited the perch (to contain the head of the M5 screw inside), and the two side fences (with M5 hole). Also in the left fence, by inserting an M3 nut at the end of the print, I can hook the European Robin in 3D!

Thank you! P.S. The right enclosure is different to accommodate the European Robin. If you don't want to install anything else, you can replicate the left fence by mirroring it with the slicer.

Like the design. Would be good if the perch and fence attachment points nested together to lower the perch height.

Thanks for the Boost! What you say can be achieved. However, there are some points to consider. The perch is deliberately kept suspended to improve the grip, and at the same time prevent a paw from ending up stuck underneath (photo with perch positioned low, dangerous).
