I've noticed that Corsair only includes two SSD mounts in their Corsair 4000D Airflow case but offers four spots to mount them.
Since I have some additional drives laying around and need those four slots, I jumped into CAD and copied the design.

Everything fits perfectly and you should even be able to use the standard thumb screws (5mm-6mm thread length) instead of the ones corsair provides with the case (7mm thread length) when choosing the -5mm- file. Corsair does add two extra thumbscrews with the case, but maybe someone lost theirs.

The print does need support.

Material:

• PLA should be fine except when you know the drives will get hot and will get a lot of use.
  
• PETG/ABS is recommended - with ABS you have to check the tabs for strength or else they might break while mounting.
