Description

EDIT 28 January 2024

One of you pointed out that there was a bug in the Olaf hair files where the joints were displaced from the mesh, so I have now uploaded the correct files for each of them.

Please let me know if everything works now and if you ever run into any other problems.

Thanks a lot for your feedbacks, they're really important to me!

Olaf, the animated snowman from Disney's Frozen, strikes a playful and charming pose. With one arm confidently resting on his hip, he exudes a whimsical confidence that is both endearing and mischievous 😏

His carrot nose points upward, adding a touch of mischievous and cheeky charm to his expression, while his anthracite eyes sparkle with a hint of light-hearted mischief.

This evocative pose captures Olaf's unique blend of innocence and mischievous charisma, creating a whimsical and enchanting moment frozen in time ❄

Hi adbirchall! Thank you for contacting me to let me know about the problem you were having with your print. One of the reasons you were getting a messy print was mainly because I forgot to update the print profile with the fixed head hair files (which were accidentally corrupted when I uploaded them). Thanks to you, I've now updated the correct files, so you shouldn't get a messy print anymore. As for the error message for the Olaf_Arm_L, it shouldn't really be a problem because I got that too and mine printed fine. I think the message might be due to the orientation I gave the part, which creates a thinner wall for the part near the joint. Anyway, please let me know if everything works now and if you ever run into any other problems. Thanks again for your feedback, it's really important to me!

Hi flashtu1980. I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with the files. Everything should fit, but as I wrote in the "Files Tips" document, the result of the tolerance for each piece can vary based on your printer/filament/resin/slicer settings, so that may be the reason why some pieces fit better than others. As for the supports, I personally didn't have too much trouble removing them when I test-printed mine, they came off pretty easily. The only files that might be a little tricky are the hair, not the arms where they're actually quite thick compared to the hair. If you want to give it another try, I suggest you make some slight tweaks to the settings and change the ones that might have more of an impact, like maybe using 3 layers for both the top and bottom interface layers for the support settings (which I currently use for my prints), or any other settings you think might help get a better printout. Again, I'm very sorry about this. Please let me know if you print it again and if I can help in any way.

Hi there! How weird, I never got that message when I first opened my design there not when I shared the profiles here, but now I got that warning message too when I open it 😥 (windows). Thankfully it still works once you click on the "OK" button. I really have no idea why it suddenly gives that warning message now 😥 Maybe it's some sort of bugs and hopefully will be fixed soon. I'm sorry for this inconvenient, I wasn't aware of it either.
