Description

I needed to have a holder to place an old smartphone that I had at home next to my P1S, because it is far from my computer and the usual place of my main smartphone, and I was tired of always carrying a device.

I use the BLL Riser remix created by maCyo42, which has the side panels mounted with the large hole, so I considered that my best option for this support was to anchor a clamp to that hole.

The images are of the first version, larger in size for an 8-inch tablet, and which was only prepared to be installed on the right side of the Riser.

This latest version is reversible, it fits with the hexagonal connector to be used on both the left and right sides.

The maximum size of the smartphone/tablet would be 73cm wide and 20cm deep.

I decided to make the assembly hexagonal because the side panels allow the caliper to fit perfectly on both the bottom and slanted rear. This means that wherever you mount the clip, the holder can be installed correctly for the device.

The problem can arise when we have the upper glass closed since the clamp hits if it is hooked at the bottom.

The holder has the bottom center hole in case your device has the power plug in that location.
