Came out pretty well, but the top was too loose for me / no interference fit. I'm not sure if that's intentional, but I had hoped that it would just snap in place and stay put.

hey! yes this is intentional to allow you to work on it and be sure everything is working okay before you heat up and deform the pins a little to make it tight. quite often with case designs like this, the pins can break from being opened and closed (sometimes even the first time opening)
