Rework of the 1:500 multi colour, multi plate model I originally made to allow it to be printed in a single colour, at smaller scale and in one go, rather than as separate parts.
Designed using Fusion 360 from ship deck plans, photographs and videos.
See this video for background info on the design process.

Printing Instructions:
3mf file included will only load into Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer.
Printed time on a Bambu Lab X1C around 7.5hrs at 0.2mm Layer Height, 0.4mm Nozzle, 15% Gyroid infill, Supports turned off.
Model fits on a 256x256 plate if rotated to 45 degrees.
All test prints also done with the full brim.
Untested Prusa Slicer Prusa MK3s 0.20 Quality estimated print time 19h 32m.
Quite a few changes were required to get the model to print successfully at this scale - some parts are very thin at this scale - so are unlikely to work is scale further reduced.
Some extra supports have been added to the STL model to allow it to be printable - these can be snipped off or left in place - most noticeable areas of extra supports are:
NB/ The front bridge supports are in the real ship - so should not be removed - however they are slightly thicker - so I guess could be cut off and replaced with thinner sections.
A full colour version at this scale will be released in due course, plus similar versions of my other model - Iona.
Test prints all done in BL PLA Matt Ivory White.

This is a personal project. I have no connection to P&O Cruises or Carnival Corporation other than being a customer.
This version is released under a CC Non Commercial No Derivatives license due the P&O Cruises branding.
NB/ Bambu Lab have sponsored the filament for some of my other models and I will be using BL sponsored filament for the full colour version of this model I am working on.
