A rope ball made to look as if it has been tied into a monkey's fist style of knot. Resizing works well with this ball. I have successfully printed as small as 50% and as large as 200%, but further enlarging should be possible. The larger versions look nice as home decor. Smaller versions can be used as cat toys.

To avoid using supports, I have broken this model into pieces. Multiple copies of some files are required:
Print Settings
No special settings are needed. The entire ball can be printed in about 4 hours.
Assembly
Glue the 6 pins into the holes of the center. I recommend dry fitting a outer section piece on each of the pins. Once orientation and fit are confirmed, glue each piece in place.
If you have any issues holding the assembly together while your glue dries, I recommend using a couple of rubber bands.
