Description

I made this long reach back scratcher out of necessity and wanted to share it with everyone. The pieces print on their side. Supports need to be used on the pin that fits into the slot for assembly. Supports can be used in the slot as well but that is optional. There is no need for supports anywhere else on this print. Assembly is easy. Simply apply glue into the slot on the upper scratcher and insert the pin on the handle. It also has a hole for a string to be tied through in order to hang it from a hook. Enjoy!

Agree it's on the fragile side, I was not careful enough when removing supports and it made the wall very weak. Scratches nicely, though.

I wanted to make sure it was good and scratchy. lol You can use a lighter to smooth the edges out if they seem to be too sharp.

A little on the fragile side. Might work a bit better if the join was a snap to hold it firmly. As it is the join is too loose.

Mine is still going strong. 🤷🏻‍♂️If you glue the joint well it is plenty strong. I kept the design thin intentionally because it’s meant to use as little filament as possible. Just put glue on all sides of the connector before you insert it. My kids have even been playing with it and it hasn’t broken.
