Remix of this good design: https://makerworld.com/en/models/125274
I made two improvements:
- Changed the holes for the through-bolt so that they would not require support nor clean-up when printed, by changing the top of the holes to a point. Thrid pic shows tree support developing for the hex head of the bolt, but not for the through holes.
- Added 9 small holes in the face of the clamp that gets squeezed in the vice. Adding these holes means that walls will be printed around all these holes making this area much stronger for gripping in a vice. Now it will be much harder to accidently crush the clamp in the vice. Last pic shows these 9 vertical cylinders forming during the print.
Same print params as the original: Use PETG or ABS/ASA and profile for strength: 6+ layers bottom and top and 5-6 wall loops.
