this is a cup cover for the type 2 connector for Zero Motorcycle.
i designed this to cover the type 2 eletric connector inside the motorbike.
after the first test i decided to make a small hole to semplify the extraction because is extremely adherent to the connector and will be difficult to take it out because the cup goes under vacuum.
this is my first test of this cup and i care i'll make more version to simplify the extraction.
i have provided a rope with a ring to fix it with a screw torx 20 that you find inside the charging door.
i have printed this part all in TPU A85 and it took aroun 6 hours to print you have tu turn the part with the top on the bed
you can find 4 diffent files: 3 with writing and 1 without writing

scritta Zero SR/F: with Zero SR/F writing

to see better the writing you can use a fine tip marker and color it

BE CAREFUL NOT TO INSERT THE CAP FULLY OR MAY WILL BE HARD TO EXTRACT IT. HALF INSERT IS ENOUGH

ho disegnato questo tappo per il connettore tipo 2 per moto Zero Motorcycle.
dopo il primo test ho deciso di inserire un piccolo foro per semplificare l estrazione del tappo dal connettore perchè spingendolo nella sede andrebbe sotto vuoto rendendo molto difficile toglierlo.
questa è la mia prima versione del tappo. sicuramente provvederò a fare nuove modifiche per renderlo piu funzionale.
ho previsto una corda di fissaggio con un anello per fissare il tutto a una vite torx 20 che trovate all'interno dello sportello del caricatore.
ho stampato il pezzo in TPU A85 e mi sono servite circa 6 ore di stampa dovrete girare il pezzo con la parte chiusa sul piatto di stampa

troverete 4 file diversi: 3 con scritte e 1 senza

per vedere meglio la scritta è consigliabile usare un indelebile a punta fine e colorare le lettere
