the nut and screw are a looser fit so it should be fine for most printers.

print with 3 perimeters

if your machine is a champ at bridging then no supports needed for any of it.

if your machine does bad at bridging then. the nut will need a support blocker in the middle to protect the threads and supports on the outside as shown
