Description

Unveiling the Filament Swatch/Fidget Spinner: Your Ultimate Pocket Palette!

This compact filament swatch not only grants you instant access to a spectrum of colors but also effortlessly transforms into a stylish fidget spinner with just 2 skateboard bearings. But wait, there's more! It triples as a nifty storage container for spare nozzles, screws, and more.

You will need 2 skateboard bearings for this to work, along with my specially crafted print profile.

Did you have any trouble with the bearings popping out? Just wondering if I can do anything to lock them in tighter. wasn't sure of reducing size 1-2% might lock in the bearing while still allowing filament to be inserted

This Is caused by the combined weight of all the rings bending the PLA. I think printing them in a stronger filament like ABS would help. it's taken many hours printing different prototypes to get the perfect clearance so the rings do not touch each other. an astrolabe is not designed to be a toy and spin like a gyro, it is more of a measuring instrument and a decorative piece. However I am working on a solution to fix the issue and will release it when ive finished the design.
