this is a prototype Y splitter on A1 mini, so that it works without any connections

the holes on the PTF are "freer" so that they can be glued with epoxy or instant glue, it is necessary to modify the PTF a little, for example, to scratch the end or roughen it so that the glue has somewhere to stick.

printed flat from PET-G for strength and then I coated the printed piece with resin for strength,

the inner hole is 2mm and it is good to run a drill through it, for smooth operation, I drilled it with a 1.9mm drill. ATTENTION, I only lightly polished the side hole so that notches would form on the perpendicular wall where the filament would then get stuck

the side hole is about 30 degrees to thread the filament well.

overall, I've been testing it for a few days and I'm still surprised how well it works on the first print.

as the contact support layer is PLA! due to the nice surface, it goes down easily after cooling.

diery na PTF su “voľnejšie” aby sa dali zalepiť epoxidom alebo sekundovým lepidlom , nutne trochu uprav PTF napriklad naškrabať koniec alebo zdrsniť aby malo kde lepidlo držať.

tlacene na plocho z PET-G kvoli pevnosti a následne som vytlačený kus natrel živicou pre pevnosť,

vnútorná diera je 2mm a je dobre ju prebehnúť vrtáčikom, pre hladký chod, vŕtal som to 1,9mm vrtákom. POZOR , bočnú dieru som len jemne zaleštil aby sa nevytvoril na kolmej stene vrub kde sa bude zasekával potom filament

bočná diera je cca 30 stupňov aby sa dobre navliekal filament.

celkovo to testujem par dni a zatial som prekvapený ako to dobre funguje na prvu tlac.

ako kontaktná podporná vrstva je PLA! kvoli peknému povrchu po vychladnutí ide ľahko dole.
