My kid loves Fire Trucks, so I made this for him and for whoever likes them too.
Personally, I think those airport fire trucks are really cool.

No supports needed, there is a custom brim for the water cannon.

And yes, the water cannon spins freely!!😃

Print Settings

File in STL to print without any support or brim.
The file is already in the best orientation to print.
All parts can be printed with your standard 0.2mm layer config, I used 3 walls and the lightning infill.
