This is great for people just getting started who want to print from both AMS and the spool holder or a filament dryer off to the side. It prints beautifully on the default settings, and this should be the third thing you print after making the plastic bed scraper and the grip scraper from the SD card.

I noticed you have a different model, so it's threads vs press fit. Which do you recommend and why? I plan printing both anyways, but it would be cool to know when I would choose either.

the press-fit version is a simplification of the threaded version. i use the press-fit version. but there is no particular reason for this. :) the pressfit version is easier to fit ;)

Can't get this to print in any manner that produces a useable part. I'm using high quality dry PLA+, but it ends up wonky every time and filament won't flow smoothly.

Did you run the Flow Rate and Flow Dynamics calibrations for your filament? I had some Handini PLA+ which I thought it was garbage, but it turned out that I had to use different pressure advance than the default BBL settings

Laying it flat deforms too much but printing it standing works like a charm but still i miss an option to mount that.

Good. Had trouble once when the adaptor slid of the PTFE-Tube from the printer
