University of Michigan Block M Pendant
The color changes are at different layers. So, you should be able to add in pauses to change filament color without needing an AMS for this print. Each color layer is 3mm thick.
I had to play with the ironing settings to get this right. So, hopefully the print profile works for you.

Nice print, but the top where the chain attaches needs to be stronger. Only had it on for about 10 mins during the Championship Game and it broke. Other than that it's a great print!

You must have been getting pretty rowdy over there with the big win! Do you have a pic of the break? It should be pretty strong, but I could take a look at beefing it up. I've had some last with no issues after wearing 8+ hours straight.

I just uploaded another print profile with a thicker ring to attach the chain to. I've used this size ring on other pendants. Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry for the late reply, it's been busy and crazy around here. Anyways, as you can see by the red circles that's where it broke. I crazy glued it back on to get me through the rest of the game.
