Description

2024-01-12: Changed the locking pins to have more strength and better alignment.

This model is designed to work with my Wall Control Universal Mounting System.

It uses some parts from that package in addition to the STL models in this package.

This will hold the Hanging Pegboard Bin that Wall Control sells. Connect the wings to each side of the back plate using biscuits and slot it into the pegboard. Make sure the biscuits are oriented correctly, as two of the biscuits are specially designed to match the backplate. Once slotted, screw it down using the locking pins.

Parts required:

  • Wall Control Bin - Back Plate
  • Wall Control Bin - Left Wing
  • Wall Control Bin - Right Wing
  • Wall Control Bin - Biscuit (x2)
  • Universal - Locking Pin (x2)
  • Universal - Biscuit (x2)

You can find other models I have released for this mounting system here:

Great Product! too bad Wall control came out with a horizontal panel and the slots are different. First photo is of the one that works and second is the one that doesn’t, if you look the holes are lined up differently. I might have to make the version that works with the other setup if that’s ok to use your design

this is a really unique and overengineered way to mount these storage bins! but the parts fit so nicely together and stay locked in place, and you don't need any supports. I printed off 3 just to give it a shot and now I'm gona have to rethink my storage bins as I wasn't planning on storing them on my pegboard when I stumbled across this, but now I am... argh! thanks for sharing the model, love the design

Sorry if I'm confused but this isn't an actual bin then but holds a bin that Wal control makes? Why does that bin need a mount?

because the back of the bin is not designed for the wall control. the bracket that comes with the wall control is garbage anyway.
