This is clearly a cast turret with kontakt-5 ERA plates, which is the standard configuration of the T-72B3, the most current T-72 variant in service with the Russian Federation. They may look similar because T-90's are originally based off of T-72's, but there are many differences. Even if you Google T-72B3, the first picture to pop up is the main picture above.
