Description

Easy to print F1 style wheel. Goes together with glue/epoxy, or if you want the ability to change handles you can use Qty 4 M3x14 screws, Qty 4 M3 nuts, and Qty 8 M3 washers. This design was tested on a G29, but likely fits on G27/G920. Please search for instructions on removing the stock wheel, then this wheel simply attaches using the 6x center screws. I have included two button plungers to reach down and touch the stock switches. You will need 2x of each plunger length.

Recommend printing with at least 35% infill for acceptable stiffness. Only use support material in the screw holes on the front face. Assemble the two-piece handles with super glue or epoxy. Do not over-tighten the 6x G29 hub screws.

I am the original author of this design (also found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5160274). You might find this design for sale on Etsy and eBay but please know that my intention is for this model to always be available for free.

Great design! I absolutely love it. I struggled a little with bed adhesion in some corners, but nothing that a little of sandpaper can't solve. Of course that's not related with the model (probably not the best pla). Congrats and thanks to the designer, I saw this model elsewhere time ago and since I first bumped into it I decided I wanted my 3d printer. I just need to buy some screws and assemble it.
