This is adapter allows you to install LED strips into the Oreo Cookie lamp made by TurtleTech Creations. This model prints without supports and fits any LED strips 8 mm or less in width.

Supplies Needed:

-LED Strip

-Soldering Iron + Solder

-Copper Wires

-USB Wire

-Electrical Tape or a Heat Gun + Shrink-Wrap

-Any Variant of Glue, epoxy, super glue, ect.

Instructions:

1. Cut the LED strip to length along the cut lines so that it fits when wrapped around the adapter.
2. Solder the positive and negative wire to their corresponding sides of the LED strip as shown in the picture.
3. Secure the LED strip around the adapter using the adhesive on the back, or with glue.
4. If you are using the original crème version you can place the adapter inside and it should be held in place by friction. If you are using the thin crème version you will have to glue the adapter down as the corners have a fillet.
5. Solder the wires to your USB cable and cover the connection with electrical tapes or shrink wrap.
6. Run the USB cable through the bottom and into the wire management channel.
7. Glue the USB cable into the wire management channel to avoid breaking the solders if the cable is yanked on.
