Model

These are pedal plates designed for the MOZA SR-P Pedal Set. I found the original small pedal plates uncomfortable, so I created larger throttle and brake plates for improved comfort.

Mounting/Attachment

These pedal plates can be attached using the same screws as the stock plates. Be careful not to over-tighten the screws.

Versions

Both pedal plates can also function as a clutch pedal.
On the back of the brake pedal, there are holes (diameter = 4.7 mm, length = 6.5 mm) intended for threaded inserts (M3 thread inserts, diameter = 4.6 mm).

I don't own the SR-P lite version, but i guess that the mounting dimensions are the same.

Material

My first version was printed with standard PLA and worked fine. The new version i printed with PLA Tough.

Infill

I have tested a previous version of these pedals for several months, and it worked very well. Therefore, I recommend printing them with 50% infill. However, for the throttle plate, you may use a lower infill percentage if desired.

Smooth Surface - Throttle

To achieve a smooth top layer on the throttle plate, make sure ironing is activated during printing.

Modell

Es handelt sich um Pedalplatten, die für das MOZA SR-P Pedal Set entwickelt wurden. Ich fande die originalen Pedalplatten aufgrund ihrer Größe als unangenehm und habe deshalb ein größeres Gas- sowie Bremspedal für mehr Komfort erstellt.

Montage/Befestigung

Diese Pedalplatten können mit denselben Schrauben wie die Originalplatten befestigt werden. Bittet zieht die Schrauben nicht zu fest an.

Versionen

Beide Pedalplatten können auch für die Kupplung verwendet werden. Auf der Rückseite des Bremspedals sind Bohrungen (Durchmesser = 4,7 mm, Länge = 6,5 mm)) für Gewindeeinstätze (M3 Gewindeeinsätze, Durchmesser 4,6 mm) vorgesehen.

Ich habe zwar die SR-P lite Version des Pedalsets nicht, allerdings vermute ich, dass diese das gleiche Lochbild nutzen.

Material

Meine erste Version hatte ich mit normalem PLA gedruckt und funktionierte gut. Die aktuelle Version habe ich mit PLA Tough gedruckt.

Infill

Ich habe eine vorherige Version dieser Pedalplatten mehrere Monate lang getestet und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ich empfehle mit ca. 50% Infill zu drucken. Für die Gaspedalplatte kann man sicherlich etwas weniger Infill nutzen.

Smooth Surface - Throttle

Um dem Gaspedal eine schöne glatte Oberfläche zu verleihen, ist Glätten/Ironing der letzten Schicht aktiviert.
