3D model description

Bottle washer

Description:

Washer for six bottles.
Works (and is tested) with 0,33L and 0,5L bottles. Should work (not tested) with 0,75L bottles.

There are two versions of "bottle support": V2 is for swingtop bottles - there are cutouts to clear the wire clamps, holding the cap. Works with regular bottles as well.
Bottle support is the largest detail, needs 239x219mm printing area.

Parts needed:

* 1/2" male-female threaded 90-degree pipe elbow (brass)
* 1/2" male to 19mm ID hose fitting
* 19mm ID flexible hose
* 2pcs of suitable diameter hose clamps (stainless steel recommended!)
* 12 or 24 VDC bilge pump
* 12 or 24 VDC power supply ( see notes below! )
* PTFE tape or similar to seal the pipe threads

Printing
I used PETG with 15% infill, 3 layers in perimeter/top/bottom.
For base, you might want to use support on the area where the pipe elbow goes.
Legs printed vertically (screw part on top), without support. Support adjusting screws printed vertically, with supports enabled.
Legs are hollow to reduce buoyancy.

Bilge pump and power supply
I bought 750GPH submersible bilge pump from
Aliexpress.
There's a small problem in using at its rated voltage - the pump spins too fast and tends to blow an air bubble inside pump. I run my 12V pump at 10VDC (using adjustable lab PSU). Anywhere between 10-11VDC is fine. For 24V pumps, I guess 20-22VDC should be OK
Another solution would be to use cheap PWM motor controller, capable 10A@12VDC or 5A@24VDC
Current draw @10VDC is around 3,3A

Usage
Do not switch the pump on when all nozzles are not covered!!!The pump is powerful enough to jet water up to ceiling ;)
I's OK to wash some bottles more than once to leave all nozzles covered.
