Snow Miser controls cold weather in the icy North Pole, crafting snow and ice, while Heat Miser, his brother, rules hot weather in a volcanic area, generating heat and fire. They're known as rivals, responsible for their respective weather conditions, and are central to "The Year Without a Santa Claus" storyline.
