Description

This 3D printed file is a high precision and custom designed handlebar mount that fits perfectly on the Suzuki DRZ 400 and is specifically designed to hold a Shin-Yo mirror. The mount is designed to hold the mirror securely and firmly to your motorcycle handlebars.

Printing Notes:

  • Resolution: 0.2
  • Filling: >90

  • Material: recommended PETG or ABS

  • Position: Position the component sideways on the print bed so that the curve for the handlebar can be printed perfectly.

Installation Instructions:
To mount this handlebar bracket to your Suzuki DRZ 400, you will need the following components:

4 x M5x15 mm cylinder head screws ISO 4762
2 x M6x15 mm cylinder head screws ISO 4762
4 x M5 nuts (self-locking)

Mounting is easy and does not require any special tools. Simply attach the bracket to the handlebar of your DRZ 400 using the M5x10 mm bolts and nuts. You can then securely attach the Shi-Yo mirror to the bracket using the M6x15 mm bolts.

 

Important Note:

Do not overtighten the screws. The clamping is sufficiently ensured even with very low tightening torque.
