V2 Update for better fit and complete set.

Introducing the Star Wars Destroyer Droid Build Kit - a must-have for every Star Wars enthusiast and DIY aficionado! Dive into the galaxy far, far away as you embark on an exciting journey to construct your very own Destroyer Droid, a formidable force on the battlefield.

Assembly:

The assembly is relatively straight forward.

First assemble the center with the cube.

Then assemble the legs and put them in the holes.

Put the belt on the back of the center.

After that put the body piece together and place it on the center.

Then attach the head and stabilize it with the connectors.

Finaly put the arms together and put them on.

For more stability I used some super glue at all connection points.

This was a quick and fun print. Although the assembly was somewhat straightforward, it was tricky with unsteady hands and poor eyesight. Unless you have "mad glue skills," I would recommend applying glue with an applicator or using a glue pen. Otherwise, you'll end up gluing the small parts to your hands like I did. ;-) I would like to see a version without the frame so that you can spread the parts across a few build plates and print a bigger version. If allowed, I may just create such a remix. A neat addition to my Star Wars prints.

printing this droidika in silver silk pla from giantarm looks really nice...I'm sure a real metallic or copper filament, color or real copper, would be best

man muss die Teile am besten noch miteinander verkleben, damit es hält. Ansonsten aber ein tolles Modell. Nur etwas wenig Details.

Really neat kit card for the droid, my sons favorite from SW. Printed fast and clean, no stringing and parts held until removed. Keep them coming!
