The other day I saw my older boy on a stool fiddling around kitchen sink. I modeled this relocation kid to move the garbage disposal button way out of sight, under the cabinet above the sink.

When mounting I oriented it in a way that it's impossible to lean against it to turn on. Hopefully no kid can turn it on now. Adults can easily grap it and press with left thumb.

My garbage disposal is TEKA brand and the pneumatic push button assembly has diameter of 31.5mm. If your's is different I also included editable .step files.

The other model is a plug to close the gap in your countertop.
