what material should I print with to be food safe

WARNING not true pla cause cancer if some small pieces get in the cookie. I would think Petg is better because it’s the same material in soda bottles. though I have to say you traced the image and extruded it in fusion 360 well. Please research before you post.

I suggest you do your research bud PLA is the most widely used for cookie cutters all over the world. Just look for any cookie cutters for sale and look what material its made from. Also google will be your friend to guide you why you shouldn't use PETG.
