Description

*ONLY USE DESGINER PRINT PROFILES*

(Two provided both in PLA Pro with PETG as support interface material(for best results do not edit support settings), one with everything on one plate for use with AMS, one with each part on a separate plate.)

If you want to print using your own profile use these settings for stability:

Cylinder 15% Gyroid infill

Cylinder Shaft 100% infill 5 walls

Base 100% infill

This is a revolver cylinder I modeled into a pen holder. Have been using it at work for years and it gets a ton of attention. You will need two 608 bearings. You can use the print in place bearings I have provided in the files if you'd like. However if you want the smoothest most free spinning set up I suggest getting 608 bearings from any local skate shop(support local small business) or Amazon.

Assembly:

Place two bearings(should be friction fit if using store bought bearings) on to the long end of the cylinder shaft

Press the bearings and shaft into revolver cylinder(bearings should friction fit into cylinder if using store bought bearings)

Glue short end of cylinder shaft with revolver cylinder into base
