Description

Pull out to clear filament waste poop. It's just that simple.

Please click a LIKE on my product if you like it. Thank you, I will greatly appreciate it. Cheers!

Update 05 Nov 436am SGT

A new design have been uploaded.

Main changes as follow.

Labelled as Version 2 in Print Profile

  • Increase bin holding capacity by about 5% by changing the external shape of the Collection Container
  • Increase gradient of slope further reducing chances of filament build up on the slope
  • Increase the height of the Collection Container now it holds even mre filament poop before requiring to empty it.
  • Should take up less filament to print now but strength of the print is still consistent.

Alternative Poop Chute

For a Huge but Slim Poop Chute Non Pull Out Tray Design get it at https://makerworld.com/en/models/50618

Attach a little bit of double sided tape like this can help hold the bin place.

While testing my model https://makerworld.com/en/models/47982 AMS Fix Failed To Pull Out Filament Error, my waste bin got so full and i needed to empty it every few hours, figured that i needed a bigger one. Also i realised that there is some upgrade that can be done to the original model so…

I present to you the “POOP IT OUT Pull Design Chute Container Bucket - Large Capacity, Convenient, Smart, Ez To Use”.

Some problems i met using the original bucket

-Small collection area so the bucket fills up quickly.

-The angle of the slope is not fantastic i have many poop stuck on the slope instead of going into the collection bin area.

Here is some changes that i have made

-Pull out to clear filament waste poop design, push back in when done.

-The angle of the slope that the poop falls down from is greatly increased so poop should fall down easily.

-The collection bin size have been almost doubled so it can collect much mre waste.

-The drop zone after the downslope have been optimised so it can slide down mre efficiently and waste can accumulate properly.

-I have always love the slim profile of this poop bucket so i have retained it's slim profile and increase the capacity by extending it upwards instead.

Might not be suitable if you are using a rear spool holder originally from Bambu. This might block that holder at the back of the printer. Thank you.

What Mod / Fixes / Enhancement do i offer?

Please don't download the wrong one. Only those in the photos below is designed by me who painstakingly took a lot of time to measure carefully and design just to get it working. #SupportOriginal Love you guys for all the support so far!

- AMS FIX Failed To Retract Filament Error (a preventive measure and solve the bay 2 and 3 error and prevent bay 1 and 4 to have any possibility of having an error due to tension and friction) (Updated design on the 2nd photo below, try 1 then if it doesn't works properly for you then install the other one.)

(BRAND NEW) AMS Filament Pull Back Fix V2 Upgraded - Completely New Design Upgrade For AMS Filament Pull Back ERROR! Precisely Measured

- AMS Buffer Fix For Failed To Pull Back Filament Error (reduce wear on the external PTFE tube and allow the most smooth, least friction angle to go into the AMS buffer thus reducing the possibility of an error popping up)

- V2 AMS Buffer Fix For Failed To Pull Back Filament Error (reduce wear on the external PTFE tube and allow the most smooth, least friction angle to go into the AMS buffer thus reducing the possibility of an error popping up)

- AMS Fix - Stack the AMS on tp (Using a carefully measured holder to hold the PTFE in a curved angle that will allow filament to go through with the least possible amount of friction when the AMS is stacked on tp of the printer)

- AMS Buffer PTFE Right Guide Mount Fix will correct and maintain a nearly 100% straight line when the PTFE tube exit the AMS buffer to move into the printer extruder.

- V2 AMS Buffer Right PTFE Guide Mount - The Fix For Failed To Pull Back Filament a newly improved fix designed to replaced the V1 This will correct and maintain a nearly 100% straight line when the PTFE tube exit the AMS buffer to move into the printer extruder. Simple Installation. No screws needed!

- Extruder AMS Filament Pull Back Fix will correct and maintain a nearly 100% straight line to move the filament in and out of the extruder. This will also reducing wear on the PTFE tube. Its design allow the filament to travel in the most smooth, least amount of friction and pressure for the proper angle to go into and exit the extruder thus greatly reducing the possibility of an Failed To Retract Filament error or similar errors from popping up.

I'm confused. I pulled down all 4 variants and all of them have hard angle corners on the side of the pull-out tray where the logo goes (or doesn't) versus the one in the video that has the rounded corners. How do we get the one in the video? I was about to add a few 15x3mm magnet holes to the ramp but paused to see if there is a different model you have available with the rounded corners.

Hi the one with rounded corners are the V1 which is no longer avaliable. V2 is the current improved model compared to the V1. Thank you.

Can you make a rounded corner version of the v2 pull out tray? Aesthetically I think it's more pleasing than the hard corners of the current one. If not, then you might want to take down some of the pictures of the rounded pull out tray as it is confusing.

Hi i will pull down the rounded corners photo. Since V2 is a improved qnd working version, there is no point for me to make it rounded. Thank you for the info.

Not the smoothest of remixes, but it works. Printed in Overture PETG.

Hi i have just did a cut and print at the area you have string like problems at. Seems perfectly fine. If you want you can print the pull out container again. Thanks again.

great design. I like how it has the removable tray. makes it easy to get rid of filament waste. I also throw all my other filament waste in the pull out tray till I am ready to empty all.

the upper slope needsmore angle to not get bunches of extrusion bunged up inside the printer chute. the removable bin is an awesome feature.

Printed great with pla-tough. It's bigger than I expected. After roughing it in, I'll probably cut about 1 inch off the walls.

Its supposed to be big to reduce the need to emptying it often. Haha. Thank you for downloading!

Nice design, but I would like to have a version with magnets for attachment to the back of the printer (X1C).

I second the request for magnets in main unit to try and keep it attached when you push the bin back in.

Nice design with the removable dump tray. However this design does not allow a external spool to be used with the factory spool location. The high side wall runs into the spool. Kinda wish I knew this before I started the print. Might want to modify it to reduce the side wall height in the rear.
