Description

UPDATE :  Version 2 now available with a stronger screw hole and half the width : https://makerworld.com/en/models/198745

After downloading the wonderful oversized magnetic poop bucket from Nivenante I noticed a little issue.

https://www.printables.com/model/395219-bambu-lab-magnetic-purgeflushpoop-bucket-for-x1-an

The machine would poop and it would catch the lip of the bucket and still end up on the floor. I designed this little deflector to ensure the poop was redirected into the bucket every time.

It's deliberately designed slightly short of the height that most poop buckets are made so that removal of the poop bucket doesn't get tangled on the bottom of the deflector.

The screw hole is designed to be very tight and self threading to keep the deflector in place.

You can use the pre-installed M3 8mm bolt from the printer directly above the chute to mount it - or any M3 8mm bolt or screw will probably work as well.

UPDATE 31-Jan-2024 - Updated the print profile to include a brim due to small surface area in contact with the build plate.

The screws which come with the scraper kit fit this; the original one in the case is too short.

I also just found out you can just 3D print a M3x8mm screw and use that too. The chute is lightweight and doesn't require strength to hold it in place.

Model came out great with the brim. The screw on my P1S (purchased during Black Friday) in that spot is only about 4mm so it wouldn't fit with this cover, but I had an M3 6mm which worked just fine
