Do not download this one, it's too sharp and cuts my hand when trying to put it on.

Apologies for that mate. Did you printed with one of our profiles? There are 3 sizes, so have you choosen the bigger?

The problem is that there's no chamfer from the bottom layer, so it's a sharp 90 degrees angle which hurts when putting it on

It helps to add chamfer/fillet to the bottom and top surfaces

With bambu standard pla it prints good. The model is in use not optimal ( too strong for us).
