A gauge to determine inner and outer radii/diameter, ranging from 1 to 15 mm in 1 mm increments.
I was triggered to design a gauge that does inner and outer fillets/radii in one piece. I wanted a wavy look and a small size, so it would still fit in a case for calipers. While I was on it, I got carried away. It looked a bit like a worm to me, so it got an eye for cuteness and as a result is carriable on a keyring.
There are three versions awaiting you:
Recommended for printing is a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer hight (at least for the last layer). A multicolor version is just a matter of filament changes between layers. → The provided .3mf file features modifiers for easy customization from one to three colors.
Material at one's discretion, I used PETG which is robust and has a nice flex to it.
There may be improvements and modifications based on feedback given here.
Maybe, take a look at my other designs ;-)
