Eccoti il nuovo organizer "Space Carousel", un prodotto pensato appositamente per i possessori di stampanti Bambu Lab.
Dopo aver raccolto i feedback degli utenti che hanno utilizzato il modello precedente (sempre valido), ho apportato alcune modifiche, in particolare per il calzino in silicone, e aggiunta di slot.

"Space Carousel" presenta forme più armoniose e tondeggianti e offre numerose funzionalità, tra cui:

• 11 slot per hotend completi V1 e V2, comprensivi del calzino in silicone;
• Un sistema dispenser rotativo per hotend, dotato di protezione dalla polvere;
• 3 cassetti estraibili per parti accessorie;
• 4 slot per i piatti di stampa (con la possibilità di ospitarne di più su richiesta);
• Un bicchiere porta penne/utensili.
  

Il corpo centrale del dispenser ospita gli hotend ed è dotato di un sistema rotante inserito in una copertura anti-polvere con uno sportello sul lato superiore. Il frontale del corpo dispenser è in plexiglass 2 mm, mentre sul retro c'è una ghiera dentata e un selettore rotativo con una ruota dentata che fa ruotare il corpo centrale interno per far coincidere l'hotend da estrarre dal lato superiore del dispenser.

I singoli slot che ospitano gli hotend hanno dei fermi sui lati in modo che inserendo l'hotend completo, si incastrino nella FAN. Ruotando il corpo dispenser, gli hotend non cadono dallo slot. La larghezza dello slot è calcolata per ospitare l'hotend completo di calzino in silicone V2 (modello più largo), ma gli slot possono ospitare anche hotend V1 (calzino silicone normale).

Inserire due versioni diverse nello stesso pacchetto è la sorpresa di questo prodotto. La prima è completa di tutto, come descritto sopra, mentre la seconda è una versione "light" che include solo il supporto con la base per coloro che non hanno bisogno di un organizer completo.

Nelle istruzioni in PDF, sia in italiano che in inglese (32 pagine dettagliate), troverai tutte le informazioni necessarie per il montaggio e l'utilizzo del prodotto. Troverai anche indicazioni sulle parti che sono state fissate con nastro biadesivo, per facilitare la sostituzione. Inoltre, se la piattaforma lo permette, potrai trovare un breve video che illustra dei dettagli dell'utilizzo.

Here is the new "Space Carousel" organizer, a product specifically designed for Bambu Lab printer owners. After collecting feedback from users who have used the previous model (still valid), I made some modifications, especially to the silicone sock and added slots.

"Space Carousel" features more harmonious and rounded shapes and offers numerous functionalities, including:

• 11 slots for complete V1 and V2 hotends, including the silicone sock;
• A rotating hotend dispenser system with dust protection;
• 3 removable drawers for accessory parts;
• 4 slots for print plates (with the possibility of hosting more on request);
• A pen/tool holder cup.

The central body of the dispenser houses the hotends and is equipped with a rotating system inserted in a dust cover with a door on the upper side. The front of the dispenser body is made of 2mm plexiglass, while on the back there is a toothed ring and a rotary selector with a gear wheel that rotates the internal central body to match the hotend to be extracted from the upper side of the dispenser.

The individual slots that house the hotends have stops on the sides so that when the complete hotend is inserted, it is locked into the fan. By rotating the dispenser body, the hotends do not fall out of the slot. The width of the slot is calculated to accommodate the complete V2 hotend with silicone sock (wider model), but the slots can also accommodate V1 hotends (normal silicone sock).

Including two different versions in the same package is the surprise of this product. The first is complete with everything described above, while the second is a "light" version that includes only the support with the base for those who do not need a complete organizer.

You will also find instructions on the parts that have been fixed with double-sided tape to facilitate replacement.
