Medium to large dogs can develop back pain when their food bowls are on the floor. It's generally recommended to raise their bowls 7-12 inches off the floor, depending on the size of your dog - it makes eating more comfortable for them, with no risk of neck or back pain/injury as they age.

This dog food bowl stand is sturdy, easy to print, and easy to assemble. It does require a lot of filament, just a warning.

This was designed with a few goals in mind and is:
* Easy to print
* Easy to assemble
* Require no supports
* Require no adhesives or hardware to assemble
* It must be sturdy (it's for dogs, they're rough with stuff)

A gentle disclaimer - please do not directly feed your pet from this tray. It is intended to house a bowl made from food-safe materials. FDM prints are not food safe - the little microscopic open pockets between layers are perfect breeding grounds for bacteria, especially on a surface that your pet's tongue is touching often without regular washing.

The basin has an open surface area of 9x9in and has a .5in wall (total size 9.5x9.5in) - this is about 228.6x228.6x57.15mm and will print perfectly fine on your Bambu X1 Carbon, P1, P1S, etc. I have included the STEP file if you need to make adjustments to the size of the basin, or the height of either of the pillars. Do not try and scale the basin in the slicer without also scaling the pillars - the coupling mechanism on the pillars will not fit into the basin if you try and do so.

You do not need supports for any part - the connection junctions on the bottom basin will bridge without any trouble.
