I have designed over 100 enclosures for electronics, 5 for powerbanks and this is by far my most favorite one. It has the best combination of functions, form factor, usability, visual appeal and repairability. I have not found thing like this in market with same functionality. No matter what was the price tag.
Even if some manufacturer we're to come up with same functions and form factor, there's just something really unique about this one. You have made it yourself, you know every nook and granny of it. Want to fix it? Modify it? Make accessories for it? No problem, you have all files and knowledge needed for it!

Features

-pd bidirectional usb charging port that can be used to charge powerbank in one hour. That same port can be used for charging laptop or phone

-qi wireless fast charging, it has three coils that makes charging more effortless. No more stopped charging sessions because misplaced phone! You can use it to charge phone while it is in the pocket.

-Popular xt60 dc output for noice free pure dc power In standby energy consumption is almost zero, unlike ones that have dc voltage regulators.
It can be used to power external accessories up to 1000w. Be it ac inverter, flashlight, speakers, additional usb ports, cigarette lighter socket, 3d printer, drone battery charger...you name it!

-huge battery capacity: charge mobile phone up to 8 times, laptop once, smartwatch 100 times. All in size that fits in same pocket with phone.

-Case is fully 3d printable, you choose materials and colours! (Please note that it is designed to work with PLA)

I don't usually share my 3d models because applications are really specific, models are not perfect enough for others to test out or it just takes too much time to make them public. (Fusion doesn't have button to make everything available for others😞)
For this one, I decided to give it a shot. Maybe I liked my own creation too much...
I wish that you'll appreciate more than week worth of work that I put into this masterpiece πŸ™‚.
I hope that people will get awesome experience with this project and maybe even start their own little projects after this.

If I get 1k of sales(week times of work), I will release all files for free.

3D printing settings

All parts can be printed from PLA
I personally used x1c with ams to print them.

180g and 9h for case
Print file uses 4 colours: black for case, white for text and pcb holder, transparent for wireless charging and breakaway support for support material.
Everything can be printed from same material if there's no need for fancy looking powerbank.

150g and 5h for spotwelding stand

3mf file for bambustudio is included
