3D model description

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Lithophane
There are 2 parts, the Lithophane cover and the box.
The Lithophane comes on top of the box. I used superglue to glue them together.
There is a small hole on the box for the LED strip.
I suggest to use white/clear PLA for the box (of course the box doesn't need supports).
To hang you can use Double sided adhesive or make a hole in the box and use a screw.
I'm using 50cm led strip.

Fit printers size 25X21X21 or larger!

3D printing settings

  1. make sure you are printing the Lithophane standing up (look at the photos).
  2. use 100% infill!
  3. I've added a rectangle 0.2mm high all along of the Lithopane to ensure that it will not fall.
  4. make sure to print with 0.4 nozzle.
  5. make sure you use regular white filament, not warm white.
  6. printing with PLA makes the best results.
  7. don't change the scale of the model because it will affect the Lithophane.
