Description

Exhaust for P- and X-Series Bambu Lab printers

The exhaust can be used to connect a 100mm (4inch) hose directly to the printer and extract fumes.

As you can see on the pictures it is tilted to the right side by around 25 degrees. This way there's still enough space to reach the printers's On/Off button easily.

I use the AC Infinity Cloudline A4 duct fan to ventilate the gases directly out of a window next to the printer.

Used magnets: 10mm x 2mm (10 times)

Optionally the exhaust can be fixed to the printer's housing using one of the additional screws that came with the printer.

good design. I still need to work more on figuring out airflow from the printer into this connection. but for the time being it’s a good option. connects right to my 4” duct hose no problem.

Glad you like my design :) In terms of your airflow problem I would suggest using an external duct fan. The printer's exhaust fan is not "strong" enough (in terms of static pressure) to push a sufficient amount of air through the connected hose. A duct fan (high static pressure) would certainly help sucking the air away. If your plan is to exhaust to the outside, you can highly increase airflow by uninstalling the printer's carbon filter and its cover. Both act as an obstruction for the air.

yes I have the AC infinity 4" inline fan but Im thinking of the airflow from the printing chamber to the outside of the cabinet. I dont want to disassemble the cabinet unnecessarily so in the future maybe I will figure out where things are inside and how to improve the flow.
