I've been having fun trying out HueForge with a variety of designs and in honor of Steamboat Willie going into the Public Domain, I thought I would give that a shot!
There are two variations I created for the Steamboat Willie image. The first is the image itself run through HueForge and a bold black frame was added around it in the Slicer. It is about 4.16" wide by 2.875" tall.
For the second variation, I created a rustic filmstrip border using Craiyon.com and combined that with the Steamboat Willie image in Photoshop, and ran it all through Hueforge. This one doesn't have as thick or as bold of a border, but it is still fun. This one is about 3.93" wide by 3.11" tall
I scaled down the images to be more reasonable prints, but you could certainly scale them up or down from their current size. Just make sure you scale the X and Y the same, but leave the Z the original thickness.
I printed this with no loop, but I also added that option for each design in case you want to hang it that way.
The print profile provided has both the bold black frame, the filmstrip frame, and then both versions with a small loop.
I experimented with the colors in two ways. You can decide which you like best.
For the black framed one, I only used 4 colors:
Layers 1 - 7 : Black
Layers 8 - 10 : Grey (MatterHackers Silver)
Layers 11 - 17 : Light Grey (OVERTURE Cream Light Grey)
Layers 18 - 23 : White
Layers 24 - Top : switch back to Black
For the filmstrip one I tried out 5 colors:
Layers 1 - 7 : Black
Layers 8 - 10 : Dark Grey (SUNLU Matte Grey)
Layers 11 - 15 : Grey (MatterHackers Silver)
Layers 16 - 17 : Light Grey (OVERTURE Cream Light Grey)
Layers 18 - Top : White
