Are you able to elaborate? Stringing would be an issue relating to your filament, not the the sliced settings from the profile. The temperature and retraction settings your slicer uses do not change between prints

the red shows the areas that are not correct. I just printed the Petronas towers yesterday with same Filament and it had no flaws. I started a reprint to see if it does the same thing twice or if it will clear up.

printed it a second time and it did the same thing again. No infill on the base of the building is what caused the imperfections both times I printed it.
