The original model is licensed CC-BY-SA (without NC/non-commercial). A derivative is not allowed to add additional restrictions, such as NC, when the original license specifies SA/Share-Alike. See https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ which says: "If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original." and "You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits."
