Description

This is a play on mount for the Dillon 650/750 tool head and all it's accessories but built for the Honeycomb Storage Wall (HSW). FWIW: It fits the Joefer tool heads perfectly as well. Fully loaded, it can be on the heavy side. Personally, mine are going on the part of the wall where I can hit a stud but honestly I think you'd be fine without it but locate it on your wall at your own discression. I don't think the weight will be an issues so as long as your HSW is properly mounted.

I'm currently using Ploymaker Sonic PLA + which is a pretty durable filament @ 0.2 layer height, 30% infill, 6 walls, PETG support, and I like the look of it ironed. If I wasn't using that I would probably go the Nylong/CF route because of the weight. Adapt to your own needs and likes. This is just what I'm using.

One thing that I want to call out is the radius of the hexagon pegs is set to 6.5mm. Depending on your machine, the tolerances of your machine, and any other variables that I cannot think of right now, these might need to be adjusted to fit your wall. I've printed many of other peoples prints that didn't fit my wall without modifications. They should totally be fine for you but if you printed out your HSW with thicker layers, different nozzles, it might be an issue.

Because I'm not a big jerk the design files can be found on OnShape. Just do me a favor if you remix it or do something different to fit your needs, please add it to my remixes. I would love to see what others might use it for as well. You can find the hex peg variables at the top of the history in a variables folder. I might even suggest doing the same thing I did and cutting up the model in Bambu studio to only print out the pegs and be sure they fit your wall before you go for the whole thing. If you need help, send me a note.
