Remix of the Rugged Box (Parametric) and Fnirsi HS-01 Storage Box / Kaiweets KETS02

I like the original case but wasn't fond of the magnets.

Needed Parts:

6x - m3 x 30mm screws to hold it all together

Notes:

I have yet to print the seal
I probably went overboard on the profile strength feel free to adjust as you see fit
- 3 Walls & 3 Top / Bottom is probably sufficient 😂😂

- Increased tolerances around tips to 6 mm should work better for those who are using materials other than PLA

Honestly thinking of printing this one myself 🤪 my design skills didn't allow for me to design hinges yet... hence I went with the magnets

I know what you mean on the design skills, I have been getting better but it takes time, if you do print it do the low profile lid saves some time and material. Any chance you could shoot me your step files for both lid and case? The tips are a bit tight to my liking might make it easier, I can send you the fusion file once I am done so you have a copy if you like.

Awesome man, same, the v2 base has a bit of an adjustment for the plug I had some issues with my fat fingers 🤣

I really like this print but I have to ask, can you please upload a model with increased tolerances in the lid for the tips? I am trying to print on petg-cf bambu labs filament and I have tried multiple different rolls, I dried the rolls, and even calibrated my flow and everything on it and still have to force the tips in to work. I tried different layer heights, and even supports with a pla interface and still the same. I'd really appreciate it as I've used a roll and a half printing this and cannot afford wasting more filament trying new things. if you don't end up doing it soo, ill probably end up using the stl file and modifying it myself haha but I feel like many people would benefit from you doing it and posting it

Which version did you try? I had the same issue with Version 1 but version 2 was better for me

I added version 3 which has a bigger opening and should work better
