Description

Reduces poop pop out to ZERO!

Version 2 is UP!

After feedback, i created a V2 with a U-SHAPE wiper lip!

 

Should be printed best in ABS or ASA. PETG is ok too. PLA might get soft if printing ABS or ASA a longer time…

Using the Poop Pop Stop in a long print with many filamentchanges i saw a few problems. The Stopper works, but the hole under the nozzle was to small. Somtimes the hot chute got stuck at the stoppers wall and blocked the hole, leading to even greater mess! Especialy BVOH or PVA.

 

So i made the hole a little bit bigger by cutting it into the model.

After sucess, i created this remix!

Am besten zu drucken in ABS oder ASA. PETG ist auch OK. PLA kann weich werden, wenn längere Zeit ABS oder ASA gedruckt werden.

 

Nach Nutzung des originalen Poop Stopper in einem langen Druck mit vielen Filamentwechseln habe ich einige kleinere Probleme festgestellt. Der Stopper funktioniert, keine Frage, aber das Loch für die Düse ist zu klein. Gelegentlich hängt Abfall am Stopper selbst fest und blockiert das Loch, was zu einer größeren Sauerei führt, gerade mit BVOH oder PVA.

 

Aus diesem Grund habe ich es modifiziert.

Das Loch für die Düse ist jetzt größer!

May i ask you what you mean with CLOG?!? CLOG inside the nozzle or Extruder? if you mean the poop Slide is an blockade. so... what IS the real Problem!?!

material getting stuck in the V slot and clogs the whole thing and then materiel falls onto the bed. With your first design it wasn’t perfect sometime things fell out of the chute but the slot never clogged completely.
