Description
Why not Count down the 25 days of christmas with a big ol advent calender steam locomotive? The train consists of 4 train cars with doors numberd from 1 to 24, a coal tender for day 25, and a Steam engine. The pockets for each day are quite big to fit candy or any thing you wish. Best part: No glue or screws required! Everything is friction fit and snaps together!

It took 4 retries to get it printed and then notice that making it 50% smaller was not a good idea.
unable to install all the parts because it's practically impossible to remove all the support material

The model was never really designed to be scale down, the part tolleraces are to tight for that. I have expirenced a few issues with the supports as well. I found that the best way to print the part you show is on a plate by its self with tree supports and the thresh hold angle turned down to 15 degrees. However, I am currently working on better supports for the model. I also recommend only using supports for the front and middle section of the main body and printing the rest with no supports if you have not done so.

I should have some print profiles for the train cars ready by this afternoon. For the locomotive, I recommend supports for the front and midsection of the boiler. For the coal tender; support for the insertable tray along with trucks. The remaining cars should not require any support other than the trucks.
